Interested in submitting your research?


Our journal accepts all STEM topics for submission. This includes but is not limited to: biology, chemistry, physics, engineering, psychology, computer science, and math. Please read this document in its entirety prior to submitting to Erudite. Submissions will be accepted and processed on a rolling basis.

You must be an undergraduate student at an accredited US institution in order to submit. First or second year graduate students may also submit work they completed during their undergraduate studies. If there are multiple authors involved, please ensure that all authors are aware of and agree to submission.

All submissions must include a completed approval form expressing the consent of the supervisor to release the research into the public domain. Supervisors are requested to review and revise submissions before offering their consent in order to ensure accuracy of information.

Types of submissions accepted:

  • Research Paper
  • Research abstract
  • Thesis paper
  • Capstone project
  • Literature review

Formatting guidelines

Please limit submissions to 10 pages single-spaced, excluding references and figures. Submissions should be formatted to font type Times New Roman and font size 11. References should be included in APA format and will be checked by the review team. Please upload your submission as a Word document without images and a PDF with images. Please omit author names on the manuscripts to aid in our blind review process.

If applicable, label and upload supporting figures individually. Figures and tables should be numbered and should include a short description or caption. All figures must be high resolution and in .png or .jpg format.

Our review process

Once all components are received, our Student Review team will begin an internal review of your submission. This will include evaluating informational accuracy, scientific integrity, proper grammar and correct formatting. Following a thorough review process, submissions will either be approved as is or sent back for revisions, upon which a designated amount of time will be allotted for resubmission. Once all revisions are finalized, your work will be approved and published to our webpage.

**All submissions must be original work and include appropriate acknowledgements to authors, references, and sources. If applicable, please list any and all sources of funding.

An overview of our review process:
  1. You, the author(s), fill out the form on this website with contact information & manuscript information.
  2. You will receive an email within 24 hours with (1) information about the review process, (2) an upload link for your article and supporting content, (3) recommended guidelines and a checklist, (4) consent forms, and (5) our contact information.
  3. Once everything is uploaded, you should inform us that your work is ready for review, and we will officially begin our internal review process.
  4. Our Student Review team will then carefully review each submission, make comments and edits as needed, and send reviewed papers back to you via email. Once you make changes to your manuscript as needed, please send back modified materials within the specified deadline.
  5. Once edits are finalized and approved on both ends, our team will upload your publication to our virtual platform.

If you would like to submit to our journal, please fill out the form below. You will receive an email with further instructions from publish@eruditenurj.org within 24 hours, and may then upload all components.

Please review the checklist below of the necessary components for us to begin our review process:

  • Submitted form with preliminary contact and paper information.
  • The following components uploaded to the folder sent to your email:
    • Signed and completed supervisor approval and permission to publish forms.
    • Your publication with images as you would like to see them in PDF format.
    • Your publication uploaded as TEXT ONLY in a separate Word document (no images).
    • All images uploaded individually, labeled in a manner corresponding to your paper.
    • List of references uploaded in a separate Word document in APA format.
    • Abstract of publication uploaded separately with relevant keywords (if applicable).
  • An email to publish@eruditenurj.org indicating that your file is complete and ready for review.
